was established by Spatial Information Science Laboratory, University of Tsukuba, Japan.
The MEGA-WEB platform was developed to assist in overcoming the challenges of the urban planning and management challenges (e.g., limited availability of data resources, effective tools, and proficiency in data analysis) in developing countries of Asia and Africa.
The construction of the database is financially supported by the Statistical Data Bank Project, Institute of Policy and Planning Sciences, University of Tsukuba, Japan.
